Went to Chipotle on Saturday, July 15th. Ate a chicken/steak burrito bowl. That evening I started vomiting and vomited all night and on Sunday morning. Went to hospital and they gave me IV fluids for my severe dehydration and morphine for pain. Prescribed meds for me to take at home.

Friday 7/14 I ate Chipotle with my friend. We both ended up sick with symptoms starting Sunday morning. I had violent vomiting (every 30 mins about 20 times in one day).

I ate at the Chipotle sterling location on Friday 7/14/2017. I was sick all day Saturday and through Sunday with severe vomiting, nausea and stomach discomfort. This led to dehydration and i was forced to go to the emergency room Sunday. I'm not fully recovered yet but a little better than before.
