Burrito Bowl Causes Illness

Had a double chicken burrito bowl with brown rice, black beans, all four salsas and lettuce. I also had a couple of bits of a burrito bowl with white rice, black beans, pico, medium salsa, sour cream, cheese, guacamole and lettuce. Bad Diarrhea, headache, nausea, luckily no vomiting...yet!
