Went in Thursday, March 3, around 5:30 and ordered a rice bowl to go with white rice, chicken, pinto beans, guacamole, cheese, sour cream, mild and medium salsa and lettuce. Promptly went home, I live 5 mins away and ate it as soon as I got home.…

I ate a barbacoa and steak mixed bowl with lettuce, cheese, guac, sour cream. beginning a few hours later, I had a stomach ache and it got progressively worse throughout the night, waking me up. It was an unbearable stomach pain, coupled with dehydration and nausea. Still felt it in the morning.

I ate a chicken bowl with corn and lettuce. After I ate it I had a stomach ache but continued to finish my shift at work. I woke up at 3am with an unbearable stomach ache and from there on it was vomiting, nausea, and fever all night and still all morning.
