Ordered black beans, chicken, salsa and corn salsa, vegetables, lettuce, cheese, and sour cream before work. A few hours later I felt sick to my stomach and vomited and experienced diarrhea, nausea, chills/sweats, stomach pains.

Food poisoning, I ate white rice, pinto beans, and cheese in the afternoon. In the evening (about 4 hours later) I experienced my symptoms : vomiting, nausea, dizziness, bloody diarrhea, chills and stomach pains.
