I had a bowl after my workout and it tasted great as usual. I woke up the next day around 8am feeling dizzy and sweating. I couldn’t go back to sleep and I was uncomfortable in the heat and air conditioning. I ended up throwing up about 5 times around 11am just 3 hours after I woke up
