February 13, chicken bowl I purchased the bowl with chicken, black beans, rice, veggies, salsa, sour cream, and cheese. Purchase date 2/13/22. I had diarrhea the next morning. The same thing happened about a month ago.

I ate at a steak burrito at 5:08 pm 1/9/2019. About an hour later experienced nausea and them 10 minutes after vomiting accompanied by indegestion.

Ugh... 36 hours later and I still have minor food poisoning from the Huntsville al chipotle on university Blvd. Please look into this, but I think I’m done with chipotle for good.

Week-Long Diarrhea After Meal

I ate on Saturday Sep 30 around 2pm. Onset was about 12hrs... initially I experienced a headache around 8pm and then woke up with diarrhea around 2am. The diarrhea lasted up until yesterday Oct 7th. No fever or vomiting. Missed an entire week of work... :(

My wife and 2 boys had dinner on 2/14/2017. My wife and boys had chicken bowls and I had a tofu bowl. After we got home my wife and one son became ill vomiting and diarrhea. Those two had sour cream on their bowl and we did not. My other son and I did not get sick.
