- comments: observed over 100 mice droppings scattered on floor along walls and corners in prep, serving, and dry food storage areas, on outlets in kitchen, on shelves and inside cabinets in serving and freezer storage areas, on bases of hot holding units in kitchen serving area. Instructed manager to call an exterminator for service, clean and sanitize all areas. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a) citation issued

- comments: observed auditorium doors not rodent proofed, one inch gap between doors. Instructed manager to seal all outer openings on door to prevent pest entry.
