Tried to eat some food, but did not keep much of it down. Friday I still have Diarrhea, cramps,, whole body aches and dehydration. Today Saturday I still have diarrhea, cramps and my knee and hip joints hurt. 2024, exclusively at their establishment located at 4128 Saint-Laurent Boulevard, Montreal. It should be noted that no cases of illness associated with the consumption of this product have been reported to MAPAQ so far.

The product in question is the smoked salmon (all cuts) sold individually by Étoile Waldman Inc. The salmon was packaged in a styrofoam tray covered with clear plastic wrap and sold in a refrigerated state. Units sold until April 3, 2024.

If you have this product at home, do not consume it and we recommend returning it to the store where it was purchased. The recall was initiated by the operator as a precautionary measure. The product should not be consumed if it has been packaged for more than 14 days. Despite no signs of alteration or suspicious odor, consumption may pose a health risk.

If you or a loved one are harmed or experiencing any symptoms, it is important to report it. Reporting can help to detect & resolve outbreaks early and prevent others from being harmed, and enable better surveillance. If symptoms persist, seek medical care
