Ate 4 freshly meals for 4 days for dinner got real bad diarrhea for two weeks, then finally came around was doing fine ate two more meals back to diarrhea. Through the other 3 in garbage.

I was there from 1/5/22 to 1/12/22 and I started having issues while I was on the island, and they are still persisting. I'm going to make a doctors appointment tomorrow. I have diarreahea, and my stomach will not stop rumbling!!
Dec 18th. I spent 2 days in the hospital with C Diff. I had not eaten anywhere else that day day except a homemade cup of coffee. I had their chicken kaarage app and gyoza. I ordered a Meximelt and a Chicken Quesadilla. I got back to the office, opened the bag, to find both items, not presentable, the Quesadilla totally falling apart and not cut correctly. The Meximelt ingredients falling out of the side. Certainly not what the billboard looks like.... See More I decided to eat 1 part of the Quesadilla as it was too messy and part of the Meximelt as it was falling apart. This was around 1pm, July 29th. Around 4pm, I began feeling sick. I got home with Nausea, then Diarrhea. The diarrhea got progressively worse. As it turns out, a visit to the doctor and tests, I ended up with Clostridium difficile or C Diff, which can be life threatening. It comes from consuming contaminated food containing human and/or animal feces. Enough said. I am still recovering, this is day 16. I have contacted C-diff from the food at hawker stall, and was hospitalised for 6 days 5 nights. C-diff is a highly contagious condition and very dangerous illness, they treated me with the world's best antibiotics to kill it.
