My wife and I drove to Texas on 12DEC23. Going through Slidell, LA we stopped at WENDYS 277 SLIDELL, LA for salads and drinks. When we got to the window the lady had our stuff, but went back in the store. Then came right back. We ate... See More our salads and drove to Texas. That night, while visiting family, both of our stomachs started to become very nauseas. We both got food poisoning. We healed up in a few days, but my guts did not. When we got back home I was tested for a number of parasites and bacteria. After a month of tests I was found to have C-Diff. We did not keep a copy of the receipt, but I have attached a copy of the payment (13DEC23) below. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Gas See Less

Dec 18th. I spent 2 days in the hospital with C Diff. I had not eaten anywhere else that day day except a homemade cup of coffee. I had their chicken kaarage app and gyoza. Within 2 hours i was experiencing the worst pain in my life.... See More It felt like someone was stabbing me with a butter knife. I went to St John’s Camarillo where i was put on pain meds and an iv drip. After labs came back a few days later it was it was confirmed clostridium difficile colitis. Basically someone involved with food prep took a dump and then handled food with poop on their hands. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting See Less

I ordered a Meximelt and a Chicken Quesadilla. I got back to the office, opened the bag, to find both items, not presentable, the Quesadilla totally falling apart and not cut correctly. The Meximelt ingredients falling out of the side. Certainly not what the billboard looks like.... See More I decided to eat 1 part of the Quesadilla as it was too messy and part of the Meximelt as it was falling apart. This was around 1pm, July 29th. Around 4pm, I began feeling sick. I got home with Nausea, then Diarrhea. The diarrhea got progressively worse. As it turns out, a visit to the doctor and tests, I ended up with Clostridium difficile or C Diff, which can be life threatening. It comes from consuming contaminated food containing human and/or animal feces. Enough said. I am still recovering, this is day 16. Taking antibiotics, probiotics, anti-nausea meds. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting See Less

I have contacted C-diff from the food at hawker stall, and was hospitalised for 6 days 5 nights. C-diff is a highly contagious condition and very dangerous illness, they treated me with the world's best antibiotics to kill it. (you can google the condition) I could have died. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting See Less
