I had a bowl for lunch with chicken, rice, salsa, lettuce, and cheese. Early the next morning I woke up with watery diarrhea, nausea, no appetite, and an aching body. These symptoms have continued and I am going on day 2 now.  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Fiebre, Náusea
