I ate from panera bread on 9/30/2016 @ approximate 330pm. Started with diarrhea at 530 am on 10/1/16 followed by vomiting, fever constantly for 7 hrs which time went to urgent care blood pressure had dropped to 80/60, bun 32. Which time they started me on IV fluids.  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea, Fiebre, Vómitos

I typically don't eat lunch so this is all I had that day. A few hours after eating, I was deathly ill. It tasted great going down. I gave my daughter a couple of bites of my steak so I think it was the shrimp. Spent 24 hours in bed. Constant vomit and diarrhea.  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea, Fiebre, Vómitos
