Had chicken tacos with mango salsa and rice and beans. 5-6 hours later had horrible stomach cramps followed by vomiting and diarrhea. My family and I had the same meal, only difference was I ate the mango salsa. I was the only one that got sick.  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea, Vómitos, Obstáculo

I ordered three tacos with chicken, white rice, black beans, cheese, salsa, and lettuce. At 6:50 PM on 9/13/17. At 3:15 AM I had diarrhea, at 5:47 AM I had more, At 6:36AM I had another load, and at 7:23 AM I had another load.  | Síntomas: Diarrea
