Purchased steak burrito and carnitas salad on 12/09/15. Son became very sick 10 hours later (N/V/D) after eating steak burrito. I've had ongoing nausea 6 hours after eating salad. Son is very dehydrated and trying to get him into Dr office.  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea, Fiebre, Vómitos
