Comí ensalada de carnitas en el almuerzo, mi estómago hacía ruidos locos toda la tarde, no lo pensé mucho. Me sentí bien esa noche, me desperté a las 5 de la mañana con el calambre estomacal más doloroso que he tenido. Procedió a vomitar 3 veces y tuvo diarrea durante 20 horas. Mi hijo tiene un burrito de carnitas con arroz blanco, frijoles pintos, crema agria y lechuga alrededor de las 6:30 p.m. Se despertó alrededor de las 2 de la mañana reportando horribles calambres estomacales y dolor de cabeza. 2 horas después los calambres son peores, sintiendo náuseas y vomitó. Se siente mejor ahora que se acabó.  | Síntomas: Náusea, Vómitos, Obstáculo, Cefalea

Ate chipotle for dinner around 7pm, 4 hours later I exhibited all of the symptoms of food poisoning. I had a burrito bowl with carnitas, fajita veggies, guac, medium salsa, rice and black beans. I recall the fajita veggies smelling and tasting strange, like they were burnt… Ver más

I ate the burrito bowl with barbacoa, carnitas, pico de gallo, Tabasco, guacmole, and lettuce last night. I had severe diarrhea at 5:30 this morning, followed by severe nausea, then vomitting shortly therafter.  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea, Vómitos

I had a salad bowl with carnitas, black beans, peppers, onions, lettuce, gauc, sour cream, cheese, and mild salsa. An hour and a half after eating, I became sweaty, pale, stomach cramping and aggressive vomiting. This lasted for hours. Nausea lasted for days afterward.  | Síntomas: Vómitos
