Ate carnitas salad for lunch, my stomach made crazy noises all afternoon, didn't think much of it. Felt fine that night, woke up at 5 am with the most painful stomach cramp I've ever had. Proceeded to vomit 3 times and had diarrhea for 20 hours. Had chills & sweats all morning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills, Sweating

My son has a carnitas burrito with white rice, pinto beans, sour cream and lettuce around 6:30pm. He woke up around 2am reporting horrible stomach cramps and headache. 2 hrs later cramps are worse, feeling nausea and he vomited. He feels better now that its all out.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache

Ate chipotle for dinner around 7pm, 4 hours later I exhibited all of the symptoms of food poisoning. I had a burrito bowl with carnitas, fajita veggies, guac, medium salsa, rice and black beans. I recall the fajita veggies smelling and tasting strange, like they were burnt… See more

I had a salad bowl with carnitas, black beans, peppers, onions, lettuce, gauc, sour cream, cheese, and mild salsa. An hour and a half after eating, I became sweaty, pale, stomach cramping and aggressive vomiting. This lasted for hours. Nausea lasted for days afterward.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

I got a burrito and chips and guacamole around 8:45 last night. Carnitas, black beans, cheese, and sour cream on the burrito. This morning my stomach hurts a little and I keep having waves of excessive salivating (like I'm about to throw up), but the vomit hasn't happened yet.  | Symptoms: Nausea
