我儿子在下午 6 点 30 分左右吃了肉卷饼，里面有白米饭、平托豆、酸奶油和生菜。他在凌晨 2 点左右醒来，报告可怕的胃痉挛和头痛。2 小时后抽筋恶化，感觉恶心然后呕吐。现在他感觉好多了。  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋, 头痛

Ate chipotle for dinner around 7pm, 4 hours later I exhibited all of the symptoms of food poisoning. I had a burrito bowl with carnitas, fajita veggies, guac, medium salsa, rice and black beans. I recall the fajita veggies smelling and tasting strange, like they were burnt… 更多

I had a salad bowl with carnitas, black beans, peppers, onions, lettuce, gauc, sour cream, cheese, and mild salsa. An hour and a half after eating, I became sweaty, pale, stomach cramping and aggressive vomiting. This lasted for hours. Nausea lasted for days afterward.  | 症状: 呕吐

I got a burrito and chips and guacamole around 8:45 last night. Carnitas, black beans, cheese, and sour cream on the burrito. This morning my stomach hurts a little and I keep having waves of excessive salivating (like I'm about to throw up), but the vomit hasn't happened yet.  | 症状: 恶心
