Had a carnitas/chicken burrito bowl and had explosive diahrea within a few hours after consuming. My wife also was affected but somehow my son didn't although he had the kids tacos with only sour cream, beans, and carnitas  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

10/24 日吃了 1/2 个 carnitas 墨西哥卷饼配玉米莎莎酱，打酱和斑豆。还有薯条和鳄梨调味酱。第二天吃了墨西哥卷饼的第二个 1/2，那天晚上开始出现疯狂的气体和水腹泻。从那以后就出现了水腹泻、低烧和疲劳，现在今天呕吐（10/28）。

昨天吃了 Chipotle（carnitas bowl），不久之后病得很厉害，持续不断的腹泻，恶心和呕吐。没有其他食物了，因为那是我唯一吃的饭，多亏了 Chipotle，我昨天甚至今天都吃不了任何东西，截至现在晚上 8 点 26 分，我只吃了两勺食物。我在这里和那里尝试吃点东西，这样我就能早点康复，但是即使是一点点番茄也马上回来了。哦，现在不要感到震惊。我甚至把水扔了。没错。我一生中从来没有像这样恶心过... 根本不能吃饭、喝酒或睡觉。现在，我感觉好多了一点，但仍然有胃部不适，有点腹泻和严重的脱水。我从来没有去过 chipotle。相信我，也帮自己一个忙。远离。
