Chicken bowl with brown rice, hot salsa, cheese, and sour cream. Incident occurred on 8/10/2107 at 12:15 pm. A trip to the emergency room for 2 IV bags with an anti-nausea medicine was necessary as I became severely dehydrated from the vomiting and diarrhea.  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Fiebre, Náusea, Vómitos

Came here to eat July 24 evening. Had burrito bowl chicken, steak, guacamole, fajitas, lettuce, mild sauce, white rice, and corn. For the next two weeks I had diarrhea, stomach cramps, and nausea. I was using probiotics also to help clean the bacteria Chipotle gave me. Must have been ecoli.  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea
