Meal from Uber Eats, beef pad Zee ew, pad thai, and bbq pork fried rice at around 7:40pm, woke up around 2am with nausea and aches, then liquified bowels, aches became much more intense. I ordered for delivery a pad thai chicken which I ate as soon as it arrived on december 26, 2019 at around 8:30pm.

During the morning of December 27 I got the worse food poisoning ever (diarrhea, vomiting, fever, headache).

My husband picked up chicken pad Thai on Monday 12/23 and we ate around 7pm. We both woke up at 3:30am On 12/24 both throwing up and had diarrhea until 3pm. Felt better closer to 7pm on 12/24. No other symptoms beside diarrhea, vomiting, and dehydration causing headache and lightheadedness  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea, Vómitos, Deshidratación, Cefalea, Aturdido
