I ate there on Tuesday, May 1, 2018. I had a burrito bowl with chicken, black beans, brown rice, mild salsa, sour cream, cheese and lettuce. On Wednesday, the diarrhea started. It's now Friday and it still hasn't stopped.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée

Conch fritters, shrimp pasta, Coca Cola.
No other food eaten that day. Ate only canned soup at home the day before in preparation for a medical test. Severe vomiting began 6-7 hours after eating at Shells, and continued for nearly 12 hours.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements

Je suis allé au gymnase. Après, j'ai décidé de prendre un sous-marin dans le métro d'un Walmart voisin. J'ai commandé l'italien épicé, sans fromage.
