I ate there on Tuesday, May 1, 2018. I had a burrito bowl with chicken, black beans, brown rice, mild salsa, sour cream, cheese and lettuce. On Wednesday, the diarrhea started. It's now Friday and it still hasn't stopped.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

4/19/18, approx. 2pm
Conch fritters, shrimp pasta, Coca Cola.
No other food eaten that day. Ate only canned soup at home the day before in preparation for a medical test. Severe vomiting began 6-7 hours after eating at Shells, and continued for nearly 12 hours.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Boyfriend and I went for lunch on 4/20/18. Both had caesar salad with chicken (before we knew about the national recall for
