ate a chicken sand,coke , fries..Friday 04-13-18 at 3:00 pm...don't know the exact location ..but a few miles from the VA hospital..got nauseated about 20 minutes after eating ,stomach cramps had to stop at WAWA for rest room my friend was also sick..she ate the same thing..I… 更多

2018 年 3 月 31 日星期六晚上 6 点 15 分左右我们就座。我订购了啤酒炸鱼和薯条。食物是在晚上 7 点 15 分左右带出来的。第一次到达时（下午 5 点）我喝了几口（4-5）西瓜玛格丽塔酒，之后晚餐只能喝水。这条鱼对我来说味道略微差一点，而且配以蛋黄酱为主的酱汁非常温暖，我觉得有点奇怪。这顿饭有两条鱼条，由于我体验到了令人讨厌的味道，我只吃了一条鱼条的 3/4。薯条看起来还可以，我吃了大部分。晚饭后我们玩了大约 2 个半小时的游戏，剩下的晚上我什么也没吃。我在 2018 年 4 月 1 日凌晨 1 点 15 分左右醒来时出现严重的胃痛和恶心，经历了腹泻，然后又睡着了。凌晨 2 点 45 分左右，我再次因严重的恶心而醒来，经历了呕吐和腹泻。

牛肉、猪肉和鸡肉炸玉米饼有鳄梨酱但没有酸奶油。晚上 9 点 15 分，他们很忙。第二天早上 9 点之前，铁杆呕吐，其次是严重的脱水和肾脏疼痛。周三吃了。3/21，那周四和周五不好，但我们已经出去了一个星期了，我还有一些轻微的恶心
