June 2018. Southwest Premium Salad with Grilled Chicken. Stomach pain, nausea, & diarrhea with fatigue. Symptoms went on a few weeks, til I heard about the cyclospora outbreak. Still have stomach pain, but not much diarrhea. Have been very tired since then.

I had 5 hard taco combo, no lettuce, beef and cheese. I found chick in the beef and it was the worst tasting ever. Along with traces of lettuce like the scraped it off. I will never go back again.
