Papa et moi sommes allés à la pizza aux peaguses et avons pris 2 pizzas et de l'eau. Je me suis senti malade quand je suis rentré à la maison, j'ai eu de la diarrhée et des nausées et papa vomissait jusqu'à minuit.

Ate at chipotle at 4 PM Tuesday the 25th, starting feeling sick around 8:30 and was throwing up constantly and having diarrhea by 10. Collapsed and passed out and was hospitalized at 12 that night.
