Went and got burger king for dinner and I got the Chicken Parmesan Burger that's new to the menu. Within 2 hours of eating the diarrhea started, mild at first and slowly progressing throughout the next day until last night when the vomiting started and I was on the toilet every 5-10 minutes.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Ate at chipotle at 4 PM Tuesday the 25th, starting feeling sick around 8:30 and was throwing up constantly and having diarrhea by 10. Collapsed and passed out and was hospitalized at 12 that night.
