My son had the pho soup and my husband and myself had other dishes on the menu that weren't soup. My son had diarrhea that evening and wasn't feeling up to eating breakfast or lunch before barfing all over the backseat the following afternoon. Haven't gone back...  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

I ate a Chorizo Breakfast Burrito in the AM. Had diarrhea by lunch, which continued throughout the day. Nausea in the afternoon thru the evening. Vomiting in the evening. Fatigue and diarrhea the next day until evening.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

Went and got burger king for dinner and I got the Chicken Parmesan Burger that's new to the menu. Within 2 hours of eating the diarrhea started, mild at first and slowly progressing throughout the next day until last night when the vomiting started and I was on the toilet every 5-10 minutes.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
