I had chipotle’s guacamole and got viciously sick for two days. I was vomiting and had a fever. I know it was from this restaurant because besides breakfast early that morning chipotle was the only thing I ate that day. Ordered a 4for4.. took a bite out of burger before I noticed it smelled like vomit and tasted terrible. Went in to get a replacement burger and it was just as bad. Didn’t take a bite out of it. 2-3 hours later and I’m sick.  | Symptômes: Fièvre, Nausée, Vomissements

Went for a romantic pre-Valentine's dinner at this fancy restaurant in Providence, and ordered the raw kingfish on recommendation of the server. Big mistake!
