I had chipotle’s guacamole and got viciously sick for two days. I was vomiting and had a fever. I know it was from this restaurant because besides breakfast early that morning chipotle was the only thing I ate that day. Needless to say I will not be eating there again.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Went for a romantic pre-Valentine's dinner at this fancy restaurant in Providence, and ordered the raw kingfish on recommendation of the server. Big mistake! Nausea and diarrhea hit that night, and felt like I was going to vomit, though I didn't. Felt miserable for 24 hours.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
