J'ai mangé le 24/7/19, j'ai reçu un bol de porc, de haricots noirs, de pico, de salsa de maïs, de fromage, de crème sure et de guacamole. En moins d'une heure, je courais vers la salle de bain. I had lunch on 7/21/19 (2 soft shell tacos with brown rice, black beans, sofritas, guac, corn relish, and lettuce) and began vomiting around 1 am. I vomited twice (1 am and maybe 1:45 am). I have now eaten a second time everything else I had that day, which is how I know it was from here.  | Symptômes: Vomissements

Ordered a salad bowl with black beans , mild salsa, half chicken half pork. Hours later I felt dizzy, nauseous and fell down, threw up and gashed the back of my head open. The symptoms persisted for hours and the vomiting and diarrhea continued.

Attended a Conference and on 7-14-19, the lunch buffet was served outside and consisted of tortillas, chicken fajitas and stir fried vegetables.
