I went to Taco Bell on 01/05 and got a #4 combo which includes 2 supreme crunchy tacos and a Mexican pizza along with a bean and cheese burrito and a Pepsi to drink. My husband and I both ate the pre-packaged chicken burrito bowls for lunch on Tuesday January 3rd and I had symptoms starting around 2am throughout the night and fever the next day.
