Le soir, j'ai pris une salade avec de la laitue, du riz brun, des haricots noirs, des sofritas et de la salsa douce. Le lendemain matin, j'ai eu de très graves maux de tête et des maux d'estomac (vomissements aussi). J'ai vomi 3 fois le matin et je me retrouve toujours avec un mal de tête lancinant.  | Symptômes: Vomissements, Maux, Douleur d'estomac

I ate a sofrita bowl with brown rice, black beans, mild and corn salsa, guacamole, and lettuce for dinner. Later that night, my stomach didn't feel good and threw up. After over 24 hours of throwing up and uncontrollable diarrhea, I recovered.
