I ordered and ate the food on Sunday August 11 at around 11 pm - 12 am.
I ordered:
1. Bean burrito with the following ingredients: warm black beans, Mexican rice, whole wheat tortilla, Tex mex cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, green onions, bell peppers, cilantro, corn, chipotle salsa, sour cream, guacamole.
2. Cheese nachos with the following ingredients: warm black beans, refried beans, tomatoes, green onions, bell peppers, cilantro, corn, guacamole, sour cream.
The symptoms started around 12 hours after I ate the meal. My symptoms include vomiting, diarrhea, fever, body weakness, and inability to eat any food. The symptoms are still continuing 24 hours after the meal. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Other, Weakness
