- comments: observed no hand washing signs or posters near hand washing sinks in rear food preparation area and in the basement where food is being weighed and packaged. Instructed to provide and maintain.

- comments: observed wiping cloths stored on top of prep tables in food preparation areas. Must properly store wiping cloths in a sanitizing solution when not in use.

- comments: observed no chemical test kit on site at this time of inspection. Instructed to provide chemical test kit to determine proper solution concentration of sanitizing. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005 citation issued.

- comments: observed clutter and unnecessary items in rear storage rooms. Must remove clutter clean and organize areas to prevent rodent harborage. Must elevate items 6inches off floor and must use approve shelving.

- comments: observed previous core violations not corrected from inspection report# 2279533 on 03/18/2019. Violations #47 observed raw meats stored in plastic grocery bags in the deli cooler. Also observed raw pork stored in direct contact with cardboard boxes in the walk-in cooler. Management instructed to use proper food grade storage bags and containers only. #49 clean the interior of the taqueria prep cooler and the storage shelves under the taqueria counter. #53 no covered waste receptacle provided in the unisex customer washroom. Management instructed to provide. Previous priority foundation violation 7-42-090. No citation issued.
