Observed rotisserie chickens with temperature ranging between 66. 6f-69. 9f and cooked beef tongue at 54. 7f. Management immediately and voluntarily discarded approximately 70#'s of food worth $1084. Priority violation 7-38-005 citation issued

- comments: observed ready-to-eat, tcs foods held over 24 hours not date marked to indicate the date in which the food must be consumed or discarded inside 3-door prep cooler located in rear food preparation area/dish washing area. Observed green sauce, avocado sauce, and rice. Management instructed to date mark all ready-to-eat, tcs foods held over 24 hours. Manager immmediately and voluntarily discarded approximately 45# value of $225. Priority foundation 7-38-005 citation issued.

- comments: observed wiping cloths stored on top of prep tables in taqueria food preparation area. Must properly store wiping cloths in a sanitizing solution when not in use.

- comments: observed dirt and food debris on floor drains tthroughout premises. Must clean and maintain.

- comments: observed burn out light bulb inside reach-in dairy cooler and inside 3-door rear prep cooler instructed to replce burn out light bulb and maintain adequate lighting at all times.
