I ordered:Romain lettuce
Basmati rice
Tzatziki and hummus
Grilled chicken
Corn
Tomatoes and onion
Persian cucumber
Feta cheese
Avocado
Pickled onions
Garlic dressing
Pita chips
I felt normal till the next morning at 5am. I woke with a stomach ache. The pain felt tight and in the upper region. I had diarrhea and was vommiting. My stomach could not relax and was constantly tightening which cause me to become dizzy. I was in pain for more than 5 hours till I was able to fall asleep with pepto bismol and water. I am taking electrolytes. And eating only bland food. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills
