6/30/2019 seated at 11:10 AMOrdered chips and queso no meat- shared w one other person who has had no symptoms.
Ordered the club sandwich with fries no tomato. I took off the ham and only ate half of the sandwich (toasted bread, lettuce, cheddar cheese, mayo, bacon, turkey) and 3 fries. I drank 2 cokes
Did not feel well within 30 minutes to an hour. Soon after that stomach began to hurt and abdominal cramps. By 2pm explosive diarhea. Several more times over the next few hours. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps
