I got chipotle yesterday (July 4, 2018). I got a bowl with brown rice, black beans, fajita veggies, sofritas, all three salsas, sour cream, corn, cheese, guacamole, and lettuce. I also got the small flour tortillas on the side. About 4-5 hours after eating I started getting nauseous and threw up. I woke up this morning (July 5, 2018) and am still throwing up and still nauseous.
I also ate the smoked mozzarella pasta salad from the Alameda Landing Safeway, so that could be the cause for my food poisoning. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
