Burrito Bowl Illness Alert - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Germantown Maryland

Went with my friend around 3PM yesterday, got a Burrito Bowl with white rice, black beans, chicken, steak, tomatoes, corn, salsa verde, cheese, sour cream, and lettuce. My stomach felt odd a few hours later, but I didn't think anything of it. However, I woke up to incredible stomach pain, and a need to defecate and vomit. I've spent the entire day hovering around the toilet, feeling terrible. My friend had everything I had, minus the sour cream and salsa verde.

Definitely won't be returning to that location any time soon. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
