On monday August 13, 2018 i went to the chipotle next to my work for lunch around 11 am, 11:15. I ordered a steak bowl with brown rice, pinto beans, double steak, pico de gallo and the green salsa, sour cream, cheese, lettuce, and guacamole. As they were making my food i saw the lettuce looked limp and not as fresh as it normally does but i didnt say anything thinking it was just the lighting in the store. In a rush, as we were busy at work, i ate fast to be able to go back work. I did noticed my food tasted funny than normal. A few hour later i felt my stomach turn and ran to the bathroom and everything i had just ate came out as diarrhea. I saw the cilantro leaves, rice grains, and bright green strings also like lettuce. Today is Saturday august 18, 2018 and i still have diarrhea and have vomited multiple times also after i try to eat. Since wednesday august 15, I’ve been experiencing painful stomach cramping after each trip to the bathroom. I know for sure i had gotten sick from my chipotle bowl from monday, I hadn’t consumed anything but water til my lunch and i was too busy to eat anything after my chipotle. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
