Violent Illness After Guac - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Reston Virginia

ordered a burrito bowl with chicken, veggies, brown rice, black beans, lettuce , tomato salsa, cheese, sour cream & guac. Guac was extremely salty, so salty that I called & was given coupons when I came back by. It was the last thing I ate before going to bed. Next morning I woke violently I'll, barely made it to the toilet before vomiting violently for hours, sweating profusely, chills, etc. This happened several times until I could drink enough water to get all of it out. Needless to say it was a horrible food poisoning that lasted 4 or 5 hours, then after 7 hours I was able to have crackers & Coke to stabilize. I informed management & they were really nice, offered more couponsDuring the writing of this I've started to get sharp pains in my lower abdomen. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills, Sweating

So sorry to learn of your experience at a Chipotle. Unbelievable, but this particular chain seems to have the most incidents of food poisoning on this site.
