I went to chipotle for lunch on jan 7, 2018 about 12pm. I ordered a steak bowl with white rice, black bean, mild sauce, corn, sour cream, guac, cheese, and lettuce. That was the only thing i had to eat all day due to my schedule. I began to feel tired around 4pm then the diarrhea kicked in and I went to the bathroom about 4 times. I left work and came home because i wasnt feeling well and my stomach was quite upset. I was laying down about 8 or 9pm and had the urge to vomit and vomited everywhere(couldnt make it to the bathroom or stop it). Never again will i eat Chipotle! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
