I ate a steak burrito bowl with, white rice lettuce cheese sour cream and mild sauce i ate around 230ish and startes feeling sick around 5 pm have been throwing up for over 12 hours and diarrhea set in after about 8 hours

Burrito bowl. Brown rice,fajita veggies,steak,hot sauce with chips. Ate it at about 8pm. Woke up throwing up at 2am. My fiancé also woke up throwing up about a hour later. Went back to sleep woke up threw up more and have had diarrhea ever since
