Intermittent nausea 2 hours after ingestion, followed by abdominal cramps, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea 12 hours after ingestion. The second meal was a chicken, brown rice bowl with black beans, fajita veggies, medium salsa, sour cream, and guacamole.
