I ate around 5:30pm. I had a burrito bowel with brown rice, chicken, mild salsa, sour cream and cheese (my usual). At midnight I vomited and the whole next day I was nauseous, had constant diarrhea and stomach cramping.

Stopped in Monday evening Jan 15 for a burrito bowl. Drive home and immediately ate.
Woke at 2 am with N/V and some diarrhea. About 12
