I ate a burrito bowl with guacamole, brown rice, pinto beans, fresh tomato salsa, roasted chili corn salsa, tomatillo green chili salsa, tomatillo red chili salsa, sour cream, cheese, romaine lettuce. I also had chips and guacamole Sunday night (09/20/2020) I woke up around 3am with abdominal pain (I would say 9 on a scale 1-10) I’m saving the 10 for life threatening all the bones in body broken type of situation. Anyways I was up from 3am -6am throwing you on and off. Then at 8am is got Extreme diarrhea I was in the bathroom until 10am I was okay once I had some hot tea and my stomach calm down a bit then from around 1pm-2:30pm I was back on the toilet. At that point I had chills and a fever. I tried contacting the restaurant, I called 5 times but they haven’t answered the phone. I know my food poisoning is from there because I’m on medication that decreases my appetite and I haven’t had much else to eat that day except for an apple, some nuts and drank my normal amount of water. I am still in a lot of pain and going in and out of the bathroom. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills, Stomach Pain, Loss of Appetite
