Ordered steak burrito with while rice, black beans, tomato salsa, chili corn-salsa, sour cream, cheese and romaine lettuce, picked it up and had it for dinner. Less than 2 hours after eating it, I became nauseated and had diarrhea. I was having diarrhea when I started vomiting. I vomited profusely and my diarrhea lasted until the following day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
