Chicken Bowl Causes Illness - Chipotle Mexican Grill, High Point North Carolina

I ate a chicken bowl with brown rice, black beans, mild salsa, corn salsa, cheese and lettuce. I also had chips and guacamole. I ate dinner around 6:30, woke up at 1am sick and had violent vomiting and diarrhea through the night. I threw up many, many times and would freeze, then sweat. My best guess is food poisoning. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Sweating
