Got a chicken burrito bowl with brown rice, black beans, corn salsa, queso, sour cream, and lettuce along with chips. The only other thing I've had today is my usual coffee I made at home. It's been around 2-ish hrs and I'm sitting at my desk trying to choke down the intense waves of nausea and trying to not blow chunks at work. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
