Bowl- with brown rice, black beans, carnitas, sour cream, cheese and lettuce. They were making new carnitas to bring out, but the chef appeared rushed since there was a line. I saw him put a thermometer in meat, but for no more than 2 seconds. Didn’t seem long enough to get an accurate reading. Within an hour after eating I had had severe cramping, but no other systems. The cramping lasted for 36 hours until I went to urgent care. I was prescribed anti nausea medicine moments after throwing up at the dr office. The stomache pain was unbearable and I couldn’t sleep. 8 hours later I had diahhrea, but the stomache pain is still persisting. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
