Terrible nausea and waterfall diarrhea. My stomach felt like it was about to explode, it hurt so bad I thought I had appendicitis. I had a fever also. Ordered a burrito bowl with lettuce, steak, black beans, cheese, brown rice and sour cream. Also had chips and queso but my boyfriend ate that and was fine. My friend ordered the same bowl but with chicken and was fine. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
